It was not a good experience. The hotel is basically in an industrial area (Rue d'Industrie should have been the tell tale). The units are designed for blue collar workers needing a cheap bare overnight. The shower in one room didn't drain, and the TV in another had problems. The bedspread was torn, carpets and drapes soiled. Hair dryer was stained and damaged. Entire facility had a high fence with gate. Don't know there's a good area in Melun.

The room doors close very noisy. It is loud all evening.

Breakfast modest but acceptable, acceptable price as for Paris during exhibition, far but still within public transport network

Difficult to communicate in other language than French, room described as non-smoker had a very strong smell of cigarettes, no-bar or minibar so if you arrive late...

The staff are very helpful and courteous. Located close to main roads and access local towns.

Clean and comfortable for this price near Paris. Near to train station.

Difficult to find by car . No air conditioning working in a warm day.
